OLIVIA MALLARY
Olivia was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and has been practicing law since 2016. She attended Ursuline Academy in New Orleans from Pre-K through high school graduation. She received her journalism degree from Louisiana State University before obtaining her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. While in law school, Olivia studied at the Institute on Chinese Law and Business at Beihang University in Beijing, China, and received the China Pioneer Fund Honorarium scholarship. She also served as the president of the Oil, Gas, and Energy Law Society, clerked at an insurance defense firm for two years, and graduated in the top 20 percent of her class.
Olivia is admitted to practice in all Louisiana states courts, all Louisiana Federal courts, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, all Texas state courts, and the Southern District of Texas. Her practice focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense with an emphasis on trucking accidents and premises liability.
After practicing law in Texas for a few years, Olivia returned to her hometown to continue her legal career. In her spare time, she enjoys expanding her vegetable garden and spending time with her husband and pets.
