ANTHONY J. MILAZZO, Jr.

Tony is Of Counsel at Hebbler & Giordano and has been with the firm and its predecessor firm since 2003. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury litigation, product liability litigation, business formation and litigation, contract preparation and litigation, insurance defense, subrogation, class actions, commercial litigation and probate. He has tried jury and bench trials in Louisiana State and Federal Courts. Tony has argued appellate cases before the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal and Louisiana Appellate Courts. Recent appellate cases include: Marchand v Asbestos Defendants, 52 So. 3d 196, 2010-0476, (La. App. 4 Cir. 11/10/10) and Schaumburg v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company et al., 421 Fed. Appx.434, 2011 WL 1347018, C.A.5 (La.), April 8, 2011 (NO. 09-30714). He has appeared and testified before Louisiana Senate and House committees and City and Parish Councils.

Tony is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Tony is a member of the State Bar of Louisiana, the Jefferson Bar Association, and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel.
